Responsibilities:
Engage and Connect: Reach out to target audiences through various channels to create awareness about our exhibitions and the value they offer. Effectively communicate the benefits of attending and build strong relationships with potential clients.
Business Development: Employ strategic sales and persuasion techniques to secure new sponsors and exhibitors to the event. Use your exceptional communication skills to effectively convey the unique value propositions of our exhibitions.
Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with potential clients through cold calling, social networking and sales craft, ensuring exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Act as a trusted point of contact, fostering long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience not compulsory and will hire for the right personality, sales or related roles are ideal. However, we can work with a good can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Adaptability and resilience to navigate changing market dynamics.
