Marketing Executive

Join Our Growing Team

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Executive to join our event marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns for our trade shows, using your marketing skills to maximise exposure and attendance.

You will help create marketing materials, manage social media accounts, analyse campaign performance, and report to the Events Marketing Manager. Collaborating closely with the rest of the marketing team, you will evaluate the success of each campaign and propose improvements for future marketing strategies.

This role is perfect for a driven marketer with a solid understanding of marketing principles and a passion for event marketing.

Responsibilities

● Develop and implement marketing campaigns for trade shows.

● Create marketing materials and manage social media accounts.

● Analyse campaign performance and report to the Events Marketing Manager.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to evaluate the success of each campaign and propose improvements for future strategies.

● Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.

● Track and analyse direct and interactive marketing campaigns.

● Perform consumer segmentation, targeting, positioning, trend analysis, and market analysis.

● Implement and measure A/B testing for email campaigns to enhance conversion rates.

● Manage the organisation and inventory of all marketing collateral.

● Develop strategic relationships with key industry speakers.

Requirements and Skills

● Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

● Proven experience in a similar role.

● Strong understanding of marketing principles.

● Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

● Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Experience working with senior-level executives.

● Creativity and an eye for detail.
